Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD):
- Starting dose: 50 mg/day

- Continuous: Daily throughout the menstrual cycle
- Intermittent: Daily starting 14 days before menstruation until the onset of menses.
- Dosage adjustments:
- Continuous: Increase by 50 mg increments up to 150 mg/day if needed.
